WHERE TO SOW
Sow the seeds edgewise 1cm (½") deep in individual 9cm (3 ½ ") pots under glass at a constant day and night temperature of 21°C.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
As soon as the seedlings have formed 3 true leaves, transplant into 15cm (6") pots. When the plants are about 10cm (4") tall, plant out in the growing site, maintaining 21°C.
MATURITY
10-12 weeks from sowing

Do not leave unwanted fruits on the plant as this will cause the plant to cease production of new fruits.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE
Avoid peeling as the dark green skins are rich in carotenoid antioxidant.
