Lettuce - Red Fire
Red Fire has dramatic, deep red leaves that are highly fringed. This variety will add excellent flavour to your salads.
Sow the seed from the end of March to early June, in open ground rows, 2cm apart or in seed trays under glass for early sowing. Thin out seedlings as they grow to about 15cm apart. Replant thinnings into a separate bed. Plants should then be thinned out to 30cm apart. First heads should be ready for cutting within eight weeks of sowing.

Normally all orders made by 1pm on working days will be shipped the same day although it may be a bit longer at busy times. If you have ordered larger quantities of commercial seeds delivery can be slightly longer. If we encounter any problems we will contact you.
We ship with Royal Mail or for large items where we use DPD or similar reliable carrier.
