Aquilegia - Flabellata Alba
This is an outstanding dwarf aquilegia from Japan that bears disproportionately large, ivory-white flowers on short dividing stems. It is very hardy and long-lived, and grows to the height of 9 - 12 inches.
Sow finely and evenly. Cover thinly with compost or grit. Germinate in gentle heat or in a warm bright spot outside. Grow-on individual seedlings in 3 inch pots before planting out.
