Tomato - Red Brandywine
This is a large beefsteak type with good flavour. The plants are potato leaved. It is an indeterminate cordon type that grows to about 5 - 6 feet in height.
Sow from February onwards in pots. Will need heat to germinate. Plant out in greenhouse from May onwards or outdoors after hardening off in June. Do not allow the plants to get too cold as they will develop a purple tint and growth will slow down.
