Gazania - Splendens Mixed
This is a large flowered mixture in russet tones. Gazania makes a beautiful cut flower and a great border plant, reaching the height of 30cm. Gazania prefers a well-drained soil and is very suitable for coastal gardens.
Sow from January to March in pots or trays of good compost under glass at 21°C. Cover the seeds lightly with sifted compost. When the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into trays, 7.5cm apart. Grow on and gradually harden off before planting in the flowering site 30cm apart in early June. Flowers from July to September.
