This is a quick and easy to grow flower, named for its white saucer shaped flowers with bold yellow centre. Bees love it and it self seeds. A really useful plant to have in the garden as it attracts hover-flies that feed on greenfly making it the ideal companion plant for your roses.
Sow from March to May in a weed free flowering site in rows or groups or simply rake into soil. Limnanthes should not be transplanted. Thin seedlings out to 15cm apart when large enough to handle. Flowers from late May to early September.
