Geranium - Country Garden
This is an economical variety which produces excellent quality plants in a wide colour range for bedding displays which will flower all summer. Plants reach the height of 45cm.
Sow from December to March. Sow the seeds evenly spaced in trays or pots of vermiculite or good compost under glass at 21-24°C. Cover lightly with sifted compost or vermiculite. When the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into trays 5cm apart, or individually into small pots. Transplant when about 7.5cm tall into 10cm pots. Gradually harden off before planting out after risk of frost has passed. Regular removal of the flower heads will encourage new flower growth throughout the summer. Flowers from July to October.
