Wormwood - Artemesia Absinthium
This herb has a very bitter taste but highly attractive silvery feathery foliage. It grows to a height of 90cm, and is thought to be a moth and insect repellent.
Sow inside in seed trays of soil-less compost in spring. The tiny seed needs just a very light covering of compost. Cover the tray with glass until germination. Prick out into small pots when large enough and grow on before transplanting to the growing site, which should be well-drained and in either semi-shade or sun.
