This is a most decorative plant with purple, pink and white bracts. It grows to a height of 45cm. Adding leaves and seeds to liquors during fermentation increases their inebriating quality. An infusion is also beneficial for sore gums.
Sow from late March to mid-May direct into open ground. Thin out seedlings as they grow to avoid over-crowding.
