Petunia - Merlin Morn Mix
This variety is excellent for the greenhouse as it is dwarf, compact and uniform. When grown outdoors it still retains these habits over the entire flowering season and does not spread out even after rain. The flowers are about 6.5cm across and grow to a height of up to 25cm when grown outdoors.
Sow in February/March, sowing thinly into pots or seed trays in a good compost under glass at 24-25C. Cover the fine seeds very thinly with vermiculite. When seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into trays and grow on. Gradually harden off and plant out from end of May onwards.
