Hollyhock - Chaters Rose Pink
This variety features long spikes of fully double flowers. It grows to a height of 175cm-200cm and is ideal for borders.
Early sowings can be made in trays in a gentle heat in a glasshouse. Later sowings can be made in a seed bed in shallow drills. When the glasshouse seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into trays 5cm apart. Gradually harden off before planting out from May onwards. Planting in a seed bed should be thinned to 5cm apart and transplanted in September or October 60cm apart. They will then flower the following summer.
