This is a definite must for any summer salad. Rocket Salad boasts delicious spicy dark green leaves which are very simple to grow. The best way to grow this seed is to sow successionally, and it can be used as a cut and come again variety.

Sow from April to August. For baby leaves, sow thinly from April to September, 0.5cm deep in rows 25-30cm apart. Sow seed in succession every 2-3 weeks for a continuous supply of fresh baby leaves. Keep the soil moist and cut leaves from each plant leaving some leaves on each so they re-grow. You will often get 3-4 cuttings per plant.
