Pak Choi Hanakan has oval uniform leaves of dark green with neat mid-green stems. This lettuce variety is ideal for picking young for mixed leaf salads.
For late spring to late summer sowings, sow thinly direct into growing site in rows 15cm apart. Early spring and autumn sowings should be made under cover. Thin the seedlings as they grow to 30cm apart. Pick individual leaves as required.
