This variety produces large pumpkins upto 25kg in weight. The largest ones grow when they are grown singlarly on the vine.
Sow the seed at the end of April and plant out in a well manured plot during May if you can protect from the cold. Otherwise plant out in June. The plant needs loads of water and regular feeding. When the flowers set choise one or two pumpkins to grow on if you are going for a big pumpkin.
