Anise Hyssop - Agastache Foeniculum
Also known as blue giant hyssop, this perennial grows 60 cm tall. Erect tidy habit and long blue flower spikes, beloved by butterflies and bees. The flavour is like aniseed or liquorice. It is used to make a tea.
Sow and place on a windowsill in March and April. Plant out after hardening off and plant out about 12".
