This is a traditional variety which has very sweet flesh and a brown skin and a great flavour. It is an ideal variety for pickling when it is grown at higher densities. It can reach 8cm diameter when it is grown at lower densities.
Sow in modules under cover. Germinate between 5 - 30C. Sow from March to April for successional harvest.
