Organic Wild Rocket
Wild Rocket has dark green, serrated leaves with a rich, intense peppery flavour. It is an ideal kitchen windowsill herb.
Sow seeds from March to August, thinly in a well prepared seedbed in full sun or partial shade, 13mm deep in drills 30cm apart. Seeds can also be sown under glass from August to March for fresh leaves all year round. Thin out seedlings to 23cm apart, or leave unthinned and pick as 'baby leaves'. Keep well watered to minimise bolting (running to seed) and pick young leaves regularly for best flavour.
