Pea – Lincoln
This is a well known and reliable heirloom variety, producing dark green, curved pods containing 8 to 9 succulent sweet, tender peas. It is heavy cropping if picked regularly. Height: 60-70 cm.
Sow from March to June every 10 days tor succession. Sow 5cm deep in flat-bottomed drills spacing about 2.5-5cm apart, and in rows 75cm apart. When plants are 10cm tall provide twiggy sticks for support. The peas will be ready to harvest around 12-13 weeks from sowing date and regular picking will encourage further cropping.
