Delphinium - Cottage Favourites Mixed

This is a true cottage garden classic, just like those in grandma's garden. It features strong spikes of mainly semi-double blooms in a dazzling blend of pink, lilac, purple, violet-blue, sky blue and white adding height to borders.

Sow seed on the surface of the compost and cover with a very fine sprinkling of dry vermiculite or finely sieved compost. When the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them individually into 7.5cm (3in) pots or multi-cell trays. Gradually acclimatise plants to cooler conditions by putting them outside for a few hours a day for a few weeks.
