Radish 'Amethyst' makes a particularly attractive addition to salads. The rich purple roots have a slightly metallic sheen with crisp white flesh that is slow to turn pithy. This RHS AGM variety has strong foliage for easy pulling and makes an excellent crop for containers, window boxes and greenhouse borders. Sow regularly for continuous succulent roots throughout the summer. Height: 15cm. Spread: 10cm.
