This is a dark green, semi-savoy-leaved variety producing plenty of 'baby leaves'. Spinach Picasso is slow to bolt (run to seed). It is perfect in containers, and can be grown all year indoors for 'baby leaves'.

Sow seeds from March to August. Sow seeds thinly direct outside or in containers, 13mm deep. Prolong the cropping season by sowing thinly in containers or windowboxes at regular intervals. Thin as necessary to 25-5mm apart. Keep well watered during dry weather.
