Tomato - Sweet 'N' Neat Cherry Red
This is an ultra compact, upright bush variety reaching only 30cm in height. It produces good crops of sweet cherry tomatoes for continuous picking throughout summer. This compact variety is ideal for patio containers due to its compact habit and can even be grown on a sunny windowsill. Height and spread: 30cm.
Sow seeds from February to April. Sow seeds on the surface of free-draining sowing mix and cover with about 6mm of compost. Place in a propagator at 18-21C until germination, about 7-10 days. Transplant when large enough to handle into 7.5cm pots. Plant in their final position when 1cm high. Acclimatise plants for a few days before planting outdoors in containers on the patio or fertile well-drained soil. Feed weekly once first fruits have set. There is no need to pinch out growth or to sideshoot. Harvest regularly to extend picking season.
