This is a new British breeding of this increasingly popular subject, to ensure good performance in a cooler climate. It has attractive oak leaves with a flavour combining sweetness with a pungent Wild Rocket kick.
Sow from April to September outdoors, or from October to March indoors. Sow seed thinly direct outside or in a pot on the windowsill at regular intervals, 13mm deep, in drills 38cm apart. Thin seedlings to 23cm apart, or leave unthinned as baby salad leaves. Keep well watered during dry weather.
