Thompson & Morgan Spinach Helios F1 Hybrid 300 seed

£0.99

The slower speed of growth of this variety helps to give a thicker leaf and therefore a better garden performance during the period from mid-June to mid-July when spinach is more difficult to grow due to bolting. Sow ‘little and often’ from March to September for a continuous supply.

Sow thinly, 1cm (½in) deep in broad drills 30cm (12in) apart. Thin seedlings to 5cm (2in) apart when large enough to handle; thinnings will be suitable for using in salads. Harvest leaves as required, picking only a few from each plant.
