Pepper Chili - Super Chili
This superb Thai, RHS AGM variety has a very compact habit making it ideal for growing in pots on the windowsill or in containers on a sunny patio. Each highly decorative Chilli Pepper 'Super Chilli' plant carries masses of slender, pointed, lime-green fruits which turn red, increasing their potency as they ripen. Height and spread: 30cm.
Place seeds on the surface of a free-draining compost and cover with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Place in a propagator at 18-21C until after germination, which takes 7-10 days. Do not exclude light as this helps germination. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 7cm pots. Plant in final situation when plants are 1cm high, 45cm apart. For indoor crops plant into pots for the windowsill, or several plants into containers or growbags. Feed plants weekly with a high potash tomato fertiliser once the first fruits have set.
