Cauliflower - Helsinki F1 Hybrid
This is an early summer maturing variety if sown in October for transplanting. It produces uniform, pure white curds which do not break down or discolour.
Seed can be sown in spring for July cutting. Sow thinly 1cm deep in a seedbed, in drills 23cm apart. Moist soil conditions required at sowing time. Transplant when large enough to handle, about 5-6 weeks from sowing, 50cm between each plant in the row and 60cm between rows.
