Kale - Kapitan F1 Hybrid
This is an attractive, densely curled, green kale for fresh leaves throughout the late autumn. Kapitan has excellent winter hardiness. Plants have branching stems and an abundance of leaves and are about 75cm high.
Sow thinly 1cm deep in a seedbed, in drills 23cm apart. Moist soil conditions required at sowing time. Transplant when large enough to handle, about 5-6 weeks from sowing, 60cm between each plant in the row and 75cm between rows.
