Petunia - Daddy Mixed F1 Hybrid
This mix contains six separate very distinctly veined and contrasting varieties. From silvery pastel pink through to deepest orchid purple. The blooms are ruffled, very large and weather resistant. It is excellent for bedding, window boxes, tubs, hanging baskets and pot plants. It flowers from summer to first frost. Height 23-30cm.
Sow late winter to mid spring at 21-27C on the surface of a good seed compost, and gently firm down. Keep damp but not wet. Do not exclude light, sealing in a polythene bag after sowing is helpful. Germination usually takes 10-21 days. When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow on in cooler conditions. Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for 1-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost, 3cm apart in a sunny spot on light well drained soil.
