This is a unique collection to help you create for yourself the natural beauty of the countryside with your own wildflower garden. Not so long ago wild flowers were one of the most beautiful features of the countryside. Now they are fast becoming scarce and some are very rare indeed. Why not raise your own from seed, and enjoy their grace and charm in your own garden? It flowers in the summer. Height: 15-77cm.
The collection includes (subject to harvest) one packet each of: Corncockle, Ox-Eye Daisy, Corn Marigold, Cowslip, Bluebell and Wild poppy.

Sow on the surface of the compost from late winter to early summer in John Innes Seed Compost. Make sure that the compost is moist but not wet and seal in a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 10-30 days at 16-21C. Do not exclude light which is beneficial to germination. Some types will germinate faster than others. Transplant when large enough to handle into boxes or 3cm pots. Later plant out 30cm apart into ordinary garden soil in sun or slight shade. They can also be sown outdoors very thinly in spring where they are to flower.

Normally all orders made by 1pm on working days will be shipped the same day although it may be a bit longer at busy times. If you have ordered larger quantities of commercial seeds delivery can be slightly longer. If we encounter any problems we will contact you.

We ship with Royal Mail or for large items where we use DPD or similar reliable carrier.
