Broccoli - Choice Selection Mixed
This is a choice mix of three British bred Broccoli varieties, Red Admiral F1 hybrid, Rudolph and Cardinal. It has vigorous plants to provide top quality, large purple spears throughout the winter and spring at a time when fresh vegetables are often in short supply. It grows best in fertile, moist, well drained soil.
Sow seeds from May to early June thinly in a well-prepared seedbed, 12mm deep. Keep watered during dry weather. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle, about 5 weeks from sowing, allowing a minimum of 6cm between plants in the row and 75cm between rows. Firm in well and keep watered until established. Net against pigeons and cabbage caterpillars. Pick regularly to promote fresh flushes of spears.

Normally all orders made by 1pm on working days will be shipped the same day although it may be a bit longer at busy times. If you have ordered larger quantities of commercial seeds delivery can be slightly longer. If we encounter any problems we will contact you.
