Thompson & Morgan Flower Begonia Lotto 50 Seed

£2.99

Begonia - Lotto

With exceptionally large flowers and excellent garden performance, Lotto is a real winner! It features compact plants with unique over-sized pink, white and red blooms, ideal for bedding or containers.

Sow Mid January to Mid March on the surface of lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Do not cover the seed. Place in a propagator or warm place, and keep at a constant temperature of around 24-27C. After sowing, do not exclude light as this helps germination. Keep the surface of the compost moist but not waterlogged; germination will usually take 15-60 days. When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings into 7.5cm pots or trays. When well grown, pot on into 15cm pots. Gradually acclimatise young plants to outdoor conditions for 1-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost. For best results, provide a rich, light, well-drained soil in full sun or part shade.
