Coriander - Confetti
Coriander Confetti has totally unique foliage that is a bit like carrots tops. It still has the distinctive coriander flavour, and can be used as a 'cut and come again' salad leaf. This easy-to-grow annual herb has reasonable bolt resistance, and can be direct sown in the herb garden or in containers.
Outdoors: Sow in situ, in throughout spring and summer. All Year Round: Sow in pots on the window sill.
Grows in most garden soils with good drainage and sunney sheltered position. Keep well watered in summer for leaf production. Best used fresh, does not dry well. Stagger repeat sowings for continuous supply.
