Introduced in 1891, this is a heritage maincrop variety. It has abundant, well filled pods. Support is essential as the plant grows, and it grows to 150cm.

Make a drill about 12-15cm wide and 4-5cm deep, sow seeds 5cm apart throughout the drill, water and then fill in.
