Organic Radish - Sparkler
This variety features globe-shaped roots of deep red with a white lower portion.
Sow from February to April. Early sowings can be made in a glasshouse, cold frame or under cloches. The roots hold their quality once mature. Alternatively, sow thinly outdoors in shallow drills 1cm deep with 15cm between rows. Radish plants do not need transplanting and, if sown carefully, thinning is not necessary. Sow a few seeds in a spare area for a quick crop.
