This is a productive plant producing long, thick-fleshed juicy fruits with a clean and refreshing taste. The fruits are green-striped, turning a distinctive banana yellow colour when ripe.
Sow from February onwards in pots. Will need heat to germinate. Plant out in greenhouse from May onwards or outdoors after hardening off in June. Do not allow the plants to get too cold as they will develop a purple tint and growth will slow down.
