Tomato - Purple Passion
The earliest tomato to ripen has very soft, voluptuous fruits with a luscious, gentle flavour, which must be picked quickly before they split. The large, sprawling plants ideally should be staked to keep fruits off the ground.
Sow from February onwards in pots. Will need heat to germinate. Plant out in greenhouse from May onwards or outdoors after hardening off in June. Do not allow the plants to get too cold as they will develop a purple tint and growth will slow down.
