Meadow Cranesbill - Geranium Pratense
Meadow Cranesbill flowers has beautiful violet-blue flowers with a crimson vein, which bloom from July to September. It is a medium/tall grassland perennial with deeply cut leaves and long, hairy and frequently reddish stems. Meadow cranesbill is characteristic of rough grassland such as verges and stream sides and of damp hay meadows and lightly grazed pastures.
Sow at any time of the year. Speed of germination can be increased following a light scarification.
