Thorow-Wax - Bupleurum Rotundifolium
Thorow wax is an annual that is found in cornfields, providing distinctive architectural interest. It has greenish-yellow flowers in clusters at the end of the stem. The flowers bloom from June to July.
This plant grows in a wide range of soils. If it is going to regrow the following year then the soil will need cultivating. The seed is best sown direct in the autumn when it will germinate in October and November. Some seed will germinate the following Spring.
