Terms and Conditions
We currently accept payment through paypal / amazon / credit card which are our prefered methods as it protects both parties, or you can send cheques and postal orders for £5 and over.

We are a DEFRA and Soil Association ( Organics ) registered company and do everything to ensure that the seed is as stated with high germination rates. We can not be held responsible for your local conditions. Seeds are a living product and success depends on many factors including weather and the growers' skill. Our liablitiy if there are any problems does not go beyond the cost of the seeds purchased.
Many countries outside the UK have seed import regulations. It is the buyers responsibility to check these and we are not liable for any difficulties that may occur.
Your personal data is confidential and we will not share this with other people under any circumstances.
We will aim to ship your order within 3 days though it may be a bit longer at busy times. If we encounter any problems we will contact you. We aim to keep the website up to date but sometimes seeds become unavailable or sell out, if this is the case we will contact you by email and ask if you wish to substitute or have a refund.
If the goods are damage in any way on receipt pelase contact us and we will endeavour to sort it in a satisfactory way.

Our policy lasts 14 days in line with your statutory distance selling legislation. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are not refundable.
To complete your return, please contact us directly so we can arrange the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Suite 3B Bryn Estyn Business Centre, Bryn Estyn Road Wrexham GB LL13 9TY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
