Coriander - Cilantro - Coriandrum Sativum
This is our special selection for leaf production that also produces aromatic seeds. The leaves can be used in salads and to flavour many Indian and Chinese dishes. The seeds are used for curry, chutney and cream cheese. It is also known as Chinese or Indian Parsley. It grows to a height of 60 cm.
Sow from late March to mid May directly into open ground. Thin out the seedlings as they grow to avoid overcrowding.
