Pea Shoots - Serge
This type produces tender, crispy shoots and the tendrils of young pea plants makes wonderful edible garnishes.
Select a container about 5-7cm deep. Fill with compost to about 2cm from the top. Sow seeds about 1cm deep with a small gap between seeds. Your crop will be ready in 3-4 weeks when 7.5-10cm tall. Soaking the seed for 24 hours before sowing will speed up germination.
