Organic Beef Leaf Rhubarb Chard
This chard makes an interesting change for Leaf Beet. It features bright red leaf and rib, and is highly suited for baby salad leaf.
Sow direct from March and August, 1cm deep in rows about 40cm apart. Thin plants to 20cm apart. It should be ready to harvest in about 10 weeks.
