Organic Herb Borage Seeds

Organic Seed. Borage is very popular with bee keepers due to its flowers. These flowers are also the edible and can be used in salads as well as summer drinks to add a cucumber flavour. The leaves can also e used in drinks to add a refreshing flavour.

Sow the seed in pots under cover from February, or outdoors from April onwards. Seeds take 2 to 3 weeks to germinate at 15 – 18C. Plant out after hardening off when large enough to handle.
