Cabbage Cuor Di Bue

This is organic seed. It is a large pointed and hearted cabbage which matures in early autumn. The leaves are light green in colour and will hold well in the ground when ready.

Sow March to May direct into a well prepared seedbed, thin out as the seedling grow. Cabbages grow well in rich, deep soil with lots of rotted manure. Firm the soil before planting, plant out 45cm between plants. (You can vary the spacing to get cabbages large or smaller heads.)
