Dexter RZ is the most versatile variety in the Rijk Zwaan range. It has an upright vigorous frame with excellent self-cover. The base is well protected by a ring of thick leaves preventing curd discolouration. The curd is exceptionally deep and white, and the florets are small and tight, making it the ideal dual-purpose variety for pre-pack and industry. The maturity in the summer is 70 - 80 days, and in the autumn 80 - 95 days.

Sow from January to June and harvest in October.
