Rudbeckia - Goldilocks Improved
This variety stands out amongst all others with its large double and semi-double, golden-yellow flowers with attractive black centres. They are long lasting and free flowering, reaching the height of 60/70cm, with 10cm blooms.
Sow from March to May thinly in trays in an unheated glasshouse or cold frame. As soon as large enough to handle, prick off into trays 5cm (2") apart and grow on. Gradually harden off before planting in the flowering site 45cm (18") apart. The plants mature from July onwards. Earlier flowers can be obtained by sowing in February under glass at 16° C.
