Corn Salad - Verte de Cambrai

This is a traditional French variety of lambs lettuce, with a smaller leaf, softer texture, and finer flavour.

Sow direct in situ, in late summer, early autumn or early spring. Easy to grow, and tolerates most soils and positions. Best in sun but will withstand partial shade, as it is cold tolerant. Protect from birds and slugs!
