Organic Lettuce - Mixed
This is a good mixture of types and colours to provide a wide selection for salad use.
Sow in March to July in the growing site outdoors 2cm deep with 30cm between rows. Thin out the seedlings as they grow to an eventual spacing of 35cm. Thinnings can be eaten or transplanted to the same spacings. The mixture can also be sown in small blocks and leaves picked as required like the "cut and come again" varieties.
