Korean Mint Agastache rugosa
Korean Mint has peppermint-fragrant, mid-green, oval pointed leaves. It also has lovely mauve/purple flowers in summer. This hardy perennial grows to a height of 60cm. This mint is great in salads.
Sow under cover in warmth to germinate, then prick out and harden off in late spring. Or sow direct in autumn when soil is warm. Seedlings should be protected throughout winter. It likes rich moist soil and full sun.
