Radish - Vienna F1 Hybrid
A giant amongst summer radish, Radish Vienna produces large, golf ball sized roots with pure white flesh which remain firm, juicy and crisp with a spicy flavour, but have no sign of pithiness or bitter after taste. It is ideal for successional sowing.
Sow seeds March to September at regular intervals. Sow seeds thinly, 1cm deep in drills 30cm apart in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Water ground regularly, especially during dry periods. When large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 2.5cm apart. Keep plants cool and moist to prevent running to seed.
